When selecting your shade size, keep in mind that for an inside mount, there will be a half-inch deduction from the width you choose. So, if you order a 35" wide shade, you will receive one that is 34.5" in width. You can adjust the height of the shade using the chain provided, allowing for lengths between 20" to 72". For an outside mount, add 4 inches to the shade's width. For example, a shade width of 33" would require a 37" width for an outside mount. All blind sizes are based on the header width of the blind. Additionally, there is approximately a 1.5-inch gap between the fabric and valance to accommodate the top mechanism.
