Mount Types: Inside mounted shades will have a deduction of approximately 0.2" taken to ensure a proper fit inside the window frame. A minimum frame depth of 2 inches is required for secure installation of inside mounted shades. If the window frame depth is less than 2 inches, an outside mount should be selected. Outside mounted shades should be ordered with the exact width of the area to be covered, and are often used when there is not enough frame depth for inside mounting. All mounting hardware is included for both inside mount and outside mount.

Inside Mount Measurement: Step 1. Measure the inside frame width at three locations (top, middle, and bottom), and record the smallest measurement to use as the inside width when ordering. Step 2. Measure the height at three locations (left, middle, and right side) and again record the smallest measurement as the inside width when ordering.

Outside Mount Measurement: Step 1. Measure the outside frame width and add 3-6 inches to get the outside mount width. Step 2. Measure the outside frame length and add 4-6 inches to get the outside mount length. The recommended overlap is to allow appropriate coverage and avoid light gaps.

Fabric Details: 100% polyester fabric providing privacy for home, but is unable to block all sunlight. Blackout fabric can block 90% of light, not 100%. Customize: Two systems to choose from - Drill and No-Drill types. Drill shades can be customized up to 90 inches in width and 110 inches in length. No drilling shades can be customized up to 63 inches in width and 78 inches in length. Order information will be confirmed within 24 hours of placing the order via email.

Inside Mount: Measure the width and length inside the window frame, and select those measurements when placing the order. A deduction of 0.2 inches is removed when producing the roller shades. Window depth must be more than 2 inches, otherwise select outside mount. No drilling roller blinds are only for inside installation.

Outside Mount: Measure the window outer frame width and length, then add 3-5 inches to the width and 5-10 inches to the length for the required roller shade size. Select the exact shade size you want to cover when placing the order. No deduction will be taken for outside mount shades.
